Fast or slow?
To each her own; and that applies to what a woman wants in bed -- either a fast fuck or the slow, smooth kind. However, it seems that most women prefer the sensual approach rather than the pound-pound-pounding away.
A slow, smooth approach will enable you and your partner to employ your senses and experience all the bliss related to the sexual experience. Feel her soft skin, see her lovely face, hear her moans, taste her mouth, and smell the scent of her body.
True, most films favor and highlight the fast and hard fucking. But that's just on film, silly! That's the way it's supposed to look -- quickly and vigorously. How else can they sustain your interest if they otherwise took the slow road? It'd be rather boring, wouldn't it? So, in order to get that wild and exciting impression, the porn stars are instructed to take the fast road. That's why men have created the illusion that this is just the way it is supposed to be done. Well, sorry to disappoint.
Besides there are advantages to the slow approach. One is that you get to explore her body more. It's not just her breasts and her twat that matters. Have you tried licking her ears, touching her nape or the back of her knees, or massaging her foot? Well, you should. These are highly erogenous areas of the woman's body' and it'd just be too selfish of you if you don't provide her the pleasure.
Women are turned on with kissing, caressing, licking (slurping even). It just sends her to the edge as you masterfully rein her back. This only makes her even hornier! She'll want you more and more if you tease her; building up the aching need inside her. Don't you just love hearing her moan and feel the tingling down her spine?
Build up her longing with romantic nuances like flickering candles, rose petals, fresh sheets, sweet music, kinky underwear or sex toy. This whole romantic package is important for her, so don't you try to shortchange her. Try out various foreplay techniques first before taking the slow plunge. Intense and increased desire only makes way for numerous orgasms.
A slow approach also conserves your energy for that surging crescendo. If you thrust harder and deeper, you are in a rush to get there. You're only forcing it; and it's not as satisfying as it should have been otherwise. It could also give your honey a stiff neck or sore back, for that matter. Several seconds of frenzy rewarded by a quick orgasm is rather limiting. Why not extend your pleasure even more?
Learn how to control your urges. Build up her longing with slow, deliberate thrusts, pausing curtly, and constricting your inner muscles. Touching fosters a stronger connection; the more you are familiar with each other's bodies, the more intimate your sexual encounters would be.
Every sexual experience means so much for a woman. So, try to approach your love-making with sincerity, confidence, and respect. You can show her this by making her feel special and by considering her needs. She may not say it out loud, but she needs more than a steely pecker inside her. She needs more than that, and you should know better.

Facial care, skin care, and types of soap to use
Dermatologists recommend washing the face with soap twice daily, the body once daily - and the hands as often as necessary to keep them sanitary. How do you know which soap is right for you? Soap used to have a bad reputation because of the inclusion of harsh detergents, which stripped oil from the skin. However, that is no longer the case with all soaps anymore.
Before we discuss what skincare routine to follow, you need to know your skin type. To do so, look at your face in a mirror in natural daylight (i.e., outside or near a window) and observe the various areas of your face. In general: Oily skin is shiny - especially along the T-zone (the forehead, nose and chin areas), where oil glands are most prevalent - and tends to break out with pimples. If you have large pores, these may also indicate oiliness. Dry skin feels tight and dehydrated and pores may be very fine. It may also look flaky, and has a rough, papery texture. Normal skin has a uniform texture and tone that only occasionally break out in spots. Combination skin has oily and dry patches: It may be shiny/blemished along the T-zone and scaly around the cheeks.
Once you have determined your skin type, you use this information to pay attention to your specific skincare needs.
If your skin is oily and/or acne-prone, select soaps that contain salicylic acid -- a skin-sloughing beta hydroxy acid that keeps pores unclogged. Similarly, choose products with the pimple-drying ingredient benzoyl peroxide.
For dry skin, stick with gentle, super-fatted soaps, many of which contain up to one-third moisturizers. Pure glycerin soap will also help your skin retain moisture. However, avoid deodorant soaps, which can dry your skin even further.
Those with sensitive skin should opt for hypoallergenic soaps, and avoid perfumed, antibacterial and deodorant soaps, which can be irritating. Try to use very little soap, do not scrub too hard, and make sure to rinse well with cool water (warm or hot water can be drying).
People with normal skin have plenty of options: feed your skin with plant-based soaps, lather up with triple-milled soaps or use a gentle face bar soap that is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores).
Those suffering from windburned, sunburned or chapped skin can calm it with soap rich in soothing glycerin and aloe vera. As much as possible, avoid bars with overpowering fragrances since they can irritate the skin further.
Even when you're partying until the wee hours of the morning or pulling overtime at the office, it's essential to cleanse your face thoroughly before you hit the sack. Ideally, you should wash your face twice a day, put on toner, and moisturize immediately after cleansing your face. By removing makeup and daily grime from your face daily, you can avoid clogged pores and breakouts. However, we don't live in a perfect world and there will be times when you just want to slip into your bed and forget about your beauty ritual.
When you're too tired or there isn't that much time to conduct your full facial regimen, you can save time and effort by using a multipurpose cleanser that'll strip away dirt, oil, and even hard-to-remove makeup like waterproof mascara all at once. You can also try using disposable cloths that you simply moisten (to activate the built-in cleanser) and smooth over your face to lift away the day's dirt.
There are plenty of ways to protect and beautify your face, and establishing a regular beauty regimen is one of them. Start one today and your skin will thank you for it.

Exposing Penis Enlargement Methods
When it comes about the truth on penis enlargement, people think about spam email and credit card scams and fraud. It’s true that there are marketers who’d stop at nothing just to make more money and then some, but that’s probably not the case for a handful of honest companies, dedicated to helping us gain those extra inches we need!
There are only a few methods for penis enlargement. Some of them are dangerous, some of them are ineffective. So here’s the deal on penis enlargement, what works and what not:
- Vacuum Pumps – They don’t work!
Vacuum pumps work by sealing the penis in an airtight tube and removing the surrounding air. The negative pressure then pulls blood (and lymphatic fluid) into the penis and inflates it. The process takes about a minute and the results can be very impressive.
The trouble is, as soon as you remove the tube, the penis wants to revert back to its normal size. You can staunch the outflow of blood and lymphatic fluid by fitting a constriction ring around the base of your penis. This generally allows the penis to maintain its expanded girth for a few minutes, sufficient for insertion and at least one change of position before you have to pump it up again.
Because pumps draw blood into the penis and make it swell, they're useful in the treatment of impotence (erectile dysfunction). This may create an illusion of a larger penis, but the results are seldom permanent. Repeated use can damage elastic tissues in the penis, leading to less-firm erections.
- Pills, Patches, Lotions, Oils, Creams – They don’t work!
These usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones such as testosterone that claim to enlarge the penis. None of these products has been shown to be effective. Worst case scenario: you can suffer from an allergic reaction to vitamins or you can overdose. In both cases, call the nearest Poison Control Center, show them the bottle and be very specific on the amount of substance you have ingested or rubbed into your skin.
- Surgery – It does work, but it’s very risky!
Surgery is the preferred method for any urologist. If you’ll ever go to a medical doctor for advice, surgery is the first and the last thing you’ll hear about. Some surgeons have developed several different enlargement techniques, none of them endorsed by medical organizations. The American Urological Association, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons(ASPS) have all issued policy statements against cosmetic surgical procedures to enhance the penis.
Studies have shown that the majority of men who undergo penis enlargement surgery aren't satisfied with the results. Surgery may at best add an average of half an inch to the length of the flaccid penis. Surgery may not add any length to the erect penis.
Following various types of cosmetic penile enhancement surgery, some men have had to undergo additional operations to correct deformities caused by the original procedure. The ill effects include scarring, a shorter penis, hair on the base of the penis, a low-hanging penis, loss of sensitivity and abnormal fat lumps. Other complaints include impotence (erectile dysfunction), urinary incontinence and persistent pain.
Then there's the cost: as much as $10,000 for a typical penis-enlargement surgery that doesn't require additional corrective surgery. Because cosmetic surgery is seldom covered by insurance, you'll likely have to bear the entire expense.
- Penis Exercises – They do work, but it will take quite some time to show results!
Penis exercises are a very inexpensive, safe and effective way to enlarge your penis. It is very possible that this method has been used for hundreds or thousand of years for penis enlargement, but no real research has been attempted to shed light on this subject.
Penis exercises work brilliantly and they come with the added bonus of giving you a lot more than a longer, thicker penis: you will also get to understand your body and its reactions better, which will greatly enhance your sex life.
- Traction Devices and Jelqing Devices – They are a way of taking the guess work out of penis exercises! They are a lot more expensive than just an exercise program membership, but they do have better results.
Traction devices and jelqing devices are the deluxe version of penis exercises. By applying the same controlled force and pressure each time you exercises, you will get faster results. If you know you need to see something happening to motivate you to continue, than this is what you need.
And this is the whole truth about penis enlargement methods. If you were wondering about penis enlargement, what works and what’s the best way to go about it, now you know and you can make your choice easier!

Explanation of the different parts of the penis
The penis is the external male sexual and urination organ. It is made up of three columns of erectile tissue and it relies solely on engorgement with blood to reach its erect state during sex.
The erectile tissues are called "corpus spongiosum" and "corpus cavernosum". The "corpus spongiosum" lies on the underside of the penis, while the two "corpora cavernosa" columns lie next to each other on the upper side. The end of the corpus spongiosum is enlarged and cone-shaped and forms the glans penis. The glans supports the foreskin (or prepuce), which is a loose fold of skin that in adults can retract to expose the glans. The area on the underside of the penis, where the foreskin is attached, is called the frenum.
The urethra, which is the last part of the urinary tract, traverses the "corpus spongiosum" and its opening, known as the "meatus", lies on the tip of the glans penis. It is both a passage for urine and for the ejaculation of semen. Sperm is produced in the testes and stored in the attached epididymis.
During ejaculation, sperm is propelled up the vas deferens, two ducts that pass over and behind the bladder. Fluids are added by the seminal vesicles and the vas deferens turns into the ejaculatory ducts, which join the urethra inside the prostate gland. The prostate and the bulbourethral glands add further secretions, and the resulting semen is expelled through the penis.
The final feature of the penis is the raphe, which is the visible ridge between the lateral halves of the penis, found on the underside of the penis, running from the meatus (opening of the urethra) across the scrotum to the perineum (area between scrotum and anus).

Erection Therapies
Erection therapy must be one of the first steps you can take to improve your sexual life. Although penis exercises programs and penis enlargement programs are almost a synonym for spam emails these days, there are companies which have developed great products that can help any man become more satisfied with his sex life and feel more confident when it comes to intimate relationships.
Penis enlargement exercises are everywhere. With the advent of the Internet, the method has gained a great deal of popularity and it’s a relatively inexpensive option for men looking to increase penis size or simply to gain more control over their erections and sexual performance.
There is no shortage of online manuals and programs available, whether free or by subscription. The quality of these programs, the clarity and comprehensiveness of information and the level of client support provided do vary considerably however.
Just like with any other business, some merchants are honest and will offer good value for your money and some have only one thing in mind: make money as fast as possible, no matter what.
If you need help with impotence, small erections, erection control etc or if you simply believe that penis exercises can enhance your sexual experiences and make you feel more confident, and then you should start by researching offers available on the internet.
There is a lot of work to be done, there are a lot of web sites to check and a lot of important decisions to make, so take it easy. When it comes to your health and well being, you don’t want to rush into a program that will prove useless in the long run.
One of the main principles of erection therapy exercises is to improve circulation of the penis and to increase the volume of blood held within the erectile tissue. It is the erectile tissue that engorges with blood when sexually aroused resulting in an erection.
The theory goes that if the erectile tissue can be encouraged to hold a greater volume of blood than it could otherwise naturally accommodate, then this will in turn result in a larger penis size both when erect and flaccid.
The other very important thing when it comes to control your erections is the Pubococcygeal muscle (or PC muscle). This muscle can be trained and it is the one most important thing that helps us maintain an erection.
Also, the thickness of the penis is determined by two muscles: the Ischio Cavernous (IC) and Bulbo Cavernous (BC). These two sheets of voluntary muscle wrap around the shaft of the penis like the belts on a radial tire. When pumped and contracted they give added rigidity and thickness to the shaft. As with any of the voluntary muscles, these can be exercised and both their strength and size improved.
Good routines are aimed both at training the muscles and enlarging the blood volume held within the erectile tissue. It’s really worth the time and effort to find a good program that can help you achieve your goals and have a more fulfilling sex life.

Erection and Its Relation to Aging
Dinner was appetizing, kissing was luscious, her scent was inviting, and the foreplay was stimulating. But when it came to showing her just who the man is, the little soldier remains in hiding.
Well there comes a time in every man's life where he must come to grip with the fact that little johnny is sometimes shy. This is the time where a man's self-esteem is most vulnerable.
Erection problems are vastly common among adult men. In truth, nearly all men experience occasional difficulty getting it hard or maintaining it. In several cases, it is a temporary condition that will go away with little or no treatment at all. While in others, it may be an ongoing problem that may eventually damage a man's self esteem and harm his relationship with his partner. Thus immediate treatment is required.
So just how would you know if you have a problem? Well if you have difficulty either having or keeping an erection for over 25% of the time, then it is a problem. At one time, erection problems were thought to be "all in the man's mind," just like women's PMS. Oftentimes, they receive unhelpful advice such as "don't worry" or "just relax and it will take care of itself." Doctors nowadays believed that when the problem is not temporary or do not go away on its own, physical factors are often the cause.
Erection problems, commonly known as erectile dysfunction or impotence refers to a man's inability to achieve satisfactory erections suitable for sexual intercourse. This is common to about 25% of the male population. Men who are experiencing repeated impotence tend to be middle aged men, mostly common at the age of 60. The problem may derive from a variety of causes, but aging is the most remarkable factor in erectile dysfunction associated to the decrease in male hormones. For about 20% of sufferers the problem is psychological. While one third is due to physically related diseases and the remainder is the combination of both causes.
In the past few years, the medical community had been committed to enhancing treatments for erectile dysfunction through a wide range of alternatives. But how should a man with erectile dysfunction is treated in this age of vacuum pumps, penile injection, medication and prostheses?
Just like in any other ailment, when a person begins having this problem continually, physical examinations is the first step in the treatment process. This is done to rule out injury, side effects from medicine or diseases and disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, kidney disease, alcoholism, or multiple sclerosis.
A considerable part of the evaluation includes a detailed patient history that can give the doctor virtual clues regarding the patient's condition and the severity of the condition. Treatments should be tailored to the individual, with the severity and cause taken into consideration. Common treatments include medications, vacuum devices and surgery.
Prescription medications such as Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis are commonly prescribed, as well as other options such as vacuum devices and surgery.
Vacuum are non-drug options. This is a device which creates a vacuum around the penis that draws blood into the penis and allows it to engorge, thus causing an erection.
Surgery can be performed in order to restore blood flow to the penile area if the vasculature (blood vessels) to the area is compromised. However surgeries have fallen out of favor in recent years because of the possible risk of infection due to such invasive procedures.
There are also instances when patients are advised to receive some form of psychotherapy to help alleviate their condition. Psychological therapy and behavior alterations are other options to treat erectile dysfunction. This process targets to alleviate the psychological factors that may have caused the disorder.

Erectile dysfunction – effects of alcohol and smoking
A night out with the boys until the small hours of the morning, a party with the friends, a nice romp in the hay with a girl. The usual companions to these popular pastimes are alcohol and tobacco. Indeed, the very idea of party or night out is inextricably linked with alcohol consumption, despite the fact that smoking is not that popular anymore, not to mention somewhat illegal in public places and pubs in several countries.
However, while drinks and smokes make the party infinitely better, ending the party in a bed with someone l becomes a bit of a problem. It is a well-known fact that alcohol and sex don’t mix well. True, a glass or two can be relaxing and even arousing, but a whole bottle of hard liquor is the safest way to a limp noodle. Some young people can actually pour a lot of alcohol down their throats without missing out on bedroom performance, but heavy drinking means impotence sooner or later.
Smoking is just as bad for your sex life as alcohol. Although you will still be able to get it up and perform in bed, your lungs and heart will not be able to keep up with the increased effort. Pretty soon you’ll find yourself wheezing and forced to assume a more passive role in order to save your strength. And this even before considering the negative effect smoking has on fertility in both men and women.
After sex cigarettes are a nice touch to the afterglow of a shared orgasm, but various studies showed that 40 percent of smokers are impotent. Smoking increases the risk of impotence by some 50 percent for men in their 30s and 40s. This means that many men who would otherwise be perfectly healthy are no impotent simply because they liked to smoke. It sounds like a bitter tradeoff.
The conclusion is that neither drinking, nor smoking are good for sex, which means a choice is waiting down the road for you. Have fun, but stay safe!

Erectile Dysfunction – a review
Despite years of progress and accumulated changes in the world view of each generation, it is safe to say that sexual dysfunctions are still a sensitive issue for men. Shame and embarrassment made sexual dysfunction a taboo subject in polite company for a long time, which gave it a prominent position in the urban legends and endorsed dozens of folk remedies of doubtful effectiveness. Modern times have brought a certain change of attitude, but the issue is still a touchy one and best left alone. The launching of Viagra in the ‘90s and the huge marketing campaign has shed some light on erectile dysfunction, since men who found a solution in these pills are no longer ashamed to admit their past problems.
Erectile dysfunctions have both physiological and psychological causes. Many such causes are medically reversible, others are not. Any condition that interferes with the flow of blood through the body is bound to have a negative impact on a man’s sex life. Diabetes is a good example of a disease hampering blood flow, as are kidney diseases, chronic alcoholism and multiple sclerosis. Men suffering from heart conditions or high blood pressure know that the drugs they take to avoid strokes are detrimental to what is known as a healthy sex life. Physical injury to the penis, spinal cord, prostate, bladder, pelvis or the nerves and arteries ear the penis and which are responsible for erections can be a factor causing erectile dysfunction.
On the psychological side, depression and the drugs associated with it interfere with erections. The same goes for feelings of anxiety, insecurity, low self-esteem and shame. Stress is another major cause of temporary erectile dysfunction, especially in today’s world. A history of erectile dysfunction also triggers patterns of depression and inadequacy that lead to further sexual failures. All these physiological and psychological problems are compounded by vices. Heavy consumption of alcohol, tobacco or drugs is extremely bad for the cardiovascular system. Tobacco clogs the arteries and disrupts the flow of blood, while alcohol consumption makes it harder for a man to achieve both erection and orgasm.
Since the issue is very sensitive, it is impossible to know how many men suffer from this dysfunction. It has been estimated that about 5 percent of 40-year-old men and 25 percent of 65-year-old men suffer from erectile dysfunction. The first major step to treating erectile dysfunction is to acknowledge the problem and to seek help. The second major step is to identify which approach suits the patient best. If the problem stems from feelings of depression and stress, then the patient should turn for a while to a life of relaxation, physical activity and socializing. Going to the gym or running in the park is a wonderful way to drive depression away because of both the physical exertion and socializing components involved. Working out is also a good way to strengthen the cardiovascular system and improve blood flow.
If the cause is a disease that hinders the flow of blood, doctors are likely to consider the use of vacuum devices or surgically implanted prostheses in order to achieve erection. People suffering from diabetes have few other options and have to turn to devices. But most people can get by with drugs that promote the flow of blood to the penis. Viagra, Levitra and Cialis are already famous for their effects, although men suffering from heart conditions should see a physician before touching the stuff. Other pills, like ProSolution Pills, are less radical in approach, but nearly as effective as the three brands mentioned above. Those who like a natural solution that has the advantage of originality, can also try penis exercises, like those made popular by the Penis Health program, to stimulate the flow of blood without any drugs or devices.

Erectile Dysfunction - Interview
Today, I got a chance to talk to Simon Ellison 35, about over coming one of mans worst fears: 'Erectile Dysfunction' (ED).
EA: Hiya Simon, Would you like to introduce yourself?
SE: Certainly. I'm Simon Ellison I'm 35 years old and have been impotent for the last 6 years.
EA: 29 seems fairly young?
SE: Yes, but I blame it on my job. I'm in the Navy- very high up. My job although very enjoyable- is very stressful. It takes a lot out of me. At the time I was married- I'm divorced now. Due to work and ED my marriage went down hill. Looking back- that could have been a good thing…(sighs) but it's still a shame.
EA: How did your condition make you feel?
SE: ED made me feel very weak. I had no confidence- this feeling quickly spread to other parts of my life- my marriage and work began to suffer. Everyone began to notice the change in me.
EA: Weren't you scared?
SE: Scared! Terrified more like! I couldn't understand why. Why me? I felt very angry and worried at the same time. So confused…it felt like a part of me had died….
EA: Worried…
SE: I was worried about my wife……wondering when she would notice…..waiting for her to say something about the situation…wondering whether she'd go elsewhere
EA: What was the worst thing for you about the situation?
SE: I am a person who is highly energetic- I love to be involved in everything and anything is a challenge-I don't give up till I succeed. Can you imagine what it was like finding out I was impotent? Finding that a part of me didn't work was so hard-and it happened when I was fairly young-that made the situation worst-it affected everything- my job, my outlook-I became highly depressed-I felt I had no one to talk to. I became increasingly frustrated, both sexually and mentally. I knew I needed to take action-but it was so hard…..but it got a lot easier as time went on…..
EA: What was the first step you took?
SE: The first and probably the hardest step I took was admitting the problem to myself- after I had admitted this I could then go on to help myself.
EA: What about your partner?
SE: After I had admitted it to myself, I then went on to admit it to Mandy, my wife. This wasn't actually that hard- by this time the situation had got so bad she had realised that something pretty serious must be up.
EA: How did she react?
SE: Mandy was fantastic. We are still great, close friends. We only divorced about 18 months ago. Mandy really supported me; she comforted me and totally took the lead. This was exactly what I needed-She told that it didn't matter-I had done the hardest thing- admitting it her and myself and the rest would follow and fall into place.
EA: What happened next?
SE: From this point on Mandy took charge of me and looked after me. She told me that it didn't matter and that we were a team…..that together we would fight and sort out the problem. Together we began researching into solutions…..We also went to see a councillor
EA: Did that help you?
SE: Yes, it did. It enabled me to put the whole thing in proportion. I realised that I wasn't the only open who was suffering there are many more out there-not as lucky as I was. It also pointed me in the right direction. The councillor gave us many pointers as to what step to take next.
EA: What was that next step?
SE: Mandy and I began researching on the Internet. I'd heard of Viagra-but didn't know anything about it-it just seemed to be the butt of everyone's jokes. Mandy then suggested that we went to the Doctors-just to ask about it- to find out whether I was suitable candidate for the drug.
EA: Was it hard to take this step?
SE: No not really….by this time I'd already been to see the councillor. My Doctor has been my Doctor for the last 10 years- I see him as more of a friend than a Doctor. He helped me considerably. He explained all about Viagra and the pros and cons. He then screened tests to see if I was suitable for taking the drug-which I was!
EA: Go on….
SE: Well I started taking Viagra and the Viagra Experience just simply took hold of me. It was fantastic- it was like a new lease of life. Confidence came flooding back. It was like a second Honeymoon. That first night I was so nervous- it was so special it was like consummating our marriage all over again. I was warned that it might not work-but I had to give it a try-I'll give anything a try once. I began to feel much more positive about myself-the change in my life has been amazing.
EA: Could you tell me about these changes?
SE: Mandy and I got divorced about 18 months ago. We're still great friends and I will always be so grateful to her. We just out grew each other. I have a serious girlfriend at the moment, we live together. She's 4 months pregnant- can you believe that? One drug has given me so much-it's changed my life so much.
EA: Finally Simon, what's your advice for other men?
SE: My advice is simple-just tell someone and take the first step. The results are life changing- my life is evidence of that…..

Easy Ways of Enlarging the Penis
Time is really not enough with busy people to find solutions for nearly every problem they meet. Some men who are working the whole day make use of their free time as possible. This is the reason why men having no time with an entire penis enlargement routine end up to stretching. For them, time need not to be wasted. So, stretching is the immediate way because it only takes half a minute or so, and can be done while at the toilet without raising suspicion.
Stretching is different from jelqing. Its aim is not to force the "cave-like body" to expand and accept more blood, but to stretch the ligaments that keep the penis in place and, thus, to increase the flaccid length of the penis. The ideal way of performing this exercise is, of course, as part of a full-blown routine including the proper warm-up and warm-down phases. However, as mentioned above, not every man has the enough free time during the day to perform the full routine and many have to make do with the little time at their disposal.
Working only with the ligaments is easier than trying to expand the tissue and can be done unobtrusively and with less preliminary preparations. However, you should always take care when stretching without the benefit of a warm-up phase. If the pain grows beyond the comfortable, stop immediately and try to massage the sore spot a bit. Stay away from other exercises until all traces of pain are completely gone.
You should keep in mind at all times, stretching is targeted at increasing flaccid length and that’s about all it does for you. Use a full routine, complete with the very important warm-up and warm-down phases if you want to see erect length gains and extra inches of girth. Stretching is easy and convenient but the real important gains come from full routines putting stress on ligaments and tissues alike and helping you see the best results. Therefore, find the time needed for a full routine and be careful when performing stretches without warming up. All exercise of any muscle it requires hard work, repetition, and daily showers.

Does Weight Affect Sperm Quality?
With the spread of obesity throughout the industrialized world and a series of warnings about this growing problem from the rest of the world, many questions have been raised about how would obesity influence millions of lives. One such question is the title of this article. No studies have been performed yet to determine whether obesity has a direct impact on the quality of sperm, but science has already identified several indirect links between obesity and a decrease in the quality of sex and sperm.
What we know for a fact is that overweight and obese people tend to cut down on effort whenever they can. This has a big influence on sex since regular effort is crucial to the secretion of testosterone by the body. Testosterone does not regulate the quality of sperm, but it does influence the sex drive and the growth of spermatogenic tissue in the testes. It is this tissue that performs the very production of sperm. A decrease in the normal level of testosterone, which is bound to happen to every “couch potato” person who tends to avoid effort, leads to a drop in the libido. The individual is no longer as interested in sex as before, nor does he get as much pleasure from it as he used to. Combined with the frequent exposure to substances that mimic the effects of the estrogen hormone, the low level of testosterone may lead to shrinking penis and testicles.
Moreover, people who are overweight or obese may have unbalanced diets that tend to leave out foods rich in zinc. Zinc is one of the most important minerals that enters the human body through food. It is found in oysters, beans, nuts and seeds. A deficiency of zinc, resulting from the inadequate intake or absorption of zinc, is marked by hair loss, skin lesions and wasting of body tissues. Zinc is very important for the production of sperm and for maintaining the quality and motility of sperm. Without enough zinc, the quality of sperm will suffer.
Therefore we recommend to all overweight persons to try the powerful ProShape rx. This product is based on powerful natural substances, such as the amazing Hoodia Gordonii, that promote the burning of stored fat and prevent the body from storing energy as new fat. Hoodia Gordonii is used in dietary supplements and weight loss pills to curb the feeling of hunger and help users find the motivation they need to get through with restrictive diets. Aside from this top quality weight loss product, we also recommend VolumePills as a way of boosting your sex life and making sure you receive your daily supply of zinc. These pills are sure to keep the quality of your sperm at the highest mark.

Do You Last?
by Peter James
But one man out of three considers that they ejaculate too quickly. A man can suffer a great deal of self-doubt if he feels he suffers from premature ejaculation, and his partner can suffer from frustration as well. The average male between 18 and 20 orgasms within three minutes. As we mature, this slows some- what, but experience as much as physical age is responsible for this. Even if a man doesn't care to go all night, he will probably want to last more than three minutes! There are two questions to ask yourself in order to decide if you last long enough. Ones to ask yourself if you are satisfied when you orgasm.
Apart from impressing your partner, do you feel that you came when you wanted to, giving yourself the maximum pleasure.
The second question is do you usually come before your partner('s). Some women have great difficulty in reaching orgasm, especially during intercourse, but if you have multiple partners who seem to expect orgasm yet you finish before they can reach it, then perhaps you suffer from premature ejaculation.
If you feel that you do orgasm too quickly, there are a couple things you can try right off for a quick fix, although both will take away some of your pleasure, as well. One is you can try wearing a condom - or even two - to decrease the sensation. You can also try commercial delaying sprays or creams that work by slightly numbing the penis.
Many men also try masturbating before a hot date. They find that having come once in a day, they take longer to come a second time. This can work for many men, but on the other hand, you may enjoy orgasm with a partner more, and you might not always know before hand that you are going to have sex.
In order to learn to control your orgasm, you have to discover at what exact point you cannot turn back. You will need to masturbate very slowly without a partner, and pay attention to what you are feeling. At a certain point, you will find the exact feeling that occurs just before you orgasm. If you learn to recognize that feeling, you will be able to redirect your thoughts or to briefly stop moving just before it occurs. Some men briefly squeeze the base of their penis for a minute till the feeling subsides. At that point, you can continue.
Some men think about unpleasant things like income tax or being stuck in a cold rain, but also this often does work, this will also lessen your pleasure.
Strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle can also help delay orgasm. It is the same muscle you use to stop urination in mid stream. Try stopping while you are urinating several times to get a feel for what the muscle feels like in use. It is also the muscle you use when your penis is erect and you make it bob up and down. There are exercises you can do to help strengthen that muscle. The simplest would be to get an erection and make your penis bob up and down till your muscle gets tired, but never continue till it is painful. Do this every other day, just like you would work out any smaller muscle. Then practice using it to sort of hold things back.
Remember that sex is all about pleasure, but it is also about genetics. Man was designed to impregnate women, and that meant faster orgasms to allow multiple attempts at fertilization. Coming too rapidly can often be caused by worry and performance anxiety.
The best thing you can do during sex is have fun and enjoy what you're doing!

Do women like a lot of cum?
Yet another one of the questions that men like to ask themselves, whether they are successful in their love life or not. These are the little details that still make sex a wonder even for experienced players. So, do women like a lot of cum?
The answer is a big "YES". Like it or not, the standards for beauty and sex appeal are encoded deep in our genes and we have little choice about certain things whether we like or dislike them. Most women like self-assured and opinionated men and this holds true regardless of all the "inner feelings" hype from the '70s. Just like the big penis, a hairy chest or a deep voice, women see the large load of cum as part of the top male inventory.
It does not really matter if women see a bigger load as messy or gross on the rational level of their brain. They still like it deep inside because it pushes buttons in the most basic part of their minds. Just like men still fall for a big pair of breasts despite all the fashion trends that swept over this world.
Which brings us to the next logical question: if I have a small load, how do I make it bigger. Well, since the happiness of your ladies is at stake, I will provide you with a quick answer. The thing to do is to get your hands on some of those wonderful herbs, like Musli and Reishi Mushrooms, that helped men since the dawn of time to increase their sexual performance.
Alternatively you could go for a product that contains most of the sperm count and erection boosters known to man. With up to 500 percent reported gains in sperm volume, the VolumePills is the ultimate tool for the man who feels like moving out of the average crowd and closer to the top.

Do penis exercises REALLY work?
Penis enlargement is a special issue in today’s world. Buried underneath tons of unsolicited emails promising the most unlikely results, plagued by dishonest practitioners and obscured by myths and hearsay, the honest traders of this industry have pushed forward with their products and services. Most of the time, men prefer to turn away and say enlargement does not work, even though they have no idea whether this is true or not. Hearsay is just as good as sound, hands-on information if one is not really interested in the issue or if one is afraid of the truth.
Many people are keen to dismiss penis exercises as myths even though they are not familiar with the facts. Penis exercises have been around in one form or other for a very long time. Primitive tribes are still using weights, various objects and exercises to force parts of the human body to change size and achieve a new look. The women of the Paduang tribe use metal rings to lengthen their necks, while the people from other tribes hang weights from their lips or ear lobes in order to reach their own standards of beauty. Chinese women of high birth had their feet shrunk in order to fit the local ideal of a sexy look. With all these going on, why should it be so hard to believe that the penis was ignored?
Especially since we know that it was not. Various penis enlargement techniques have also been reported, especially among the nomad Arabic tribes. Body enhancement techniques performed by males were always tied to the position of the person in question within the tribe or with the manhood initiation rites. It seems that men found early on that the human body can be modified using devices or exercises. The only traction devices at their disposal for a long period of time were weights, but stretching the penis using one’s own hands was just as good as any device.
The basic principle behind body enhancement is the adaptability of the human body in response to external stimuli. Everybody knows that the extra physical effort put into working out at the gym will trigger an increase in the size of the muscles that have to sustain the effort. Thus, repeated exercises focused on the penis, like the ones offered by Penis Health, will force the body to start multiplying the cells that make up the penis tissues and to increase both the length and girth of the penis in order to cope with the new situation.
The best known penis enlargement exercise is the Jelq. This exercise is designed to enlarge the penis using milking movements in order to increase the blood flow into the corpora cavernosa, the sponge-like tissues of the penis. The increased blood flow will, in time, force the tissues to expand and increase both the flaccid and erect sizes of the penis. Dr. Brian Richards has conducted a study of penis enlargement exercises in the 1970s and found that jelq helped nearly 90 percent of patients increase their penis size. The gains ranged in size, of course, but it was proven that men could add an inch or even more to their penises.
Penis Health is one of the best penis exercises programs around. Hundreds of customers have successfully enlarged their penises using the exercises developed by the people at Penis Health. You don’t have to take anything on faith. Just browse the Mens Network forum and discuss gains with the registered users or browse the Penis Health site and read through the signed testimonials and opinions culled from forum posts. Customers are content with the program and excited about the results. We think there’s nothing better for a man’s confidence than an extra inch or two on his penis.
Despite the rabid skepticism of those cannot be bothered to check the facts, common sense and evidence point to the fact that penis enlargement exercises do work. No man who could use an extra inch or two in length or girth should write them off until he’s actually tried them. Many skeptics have been pleasantly surprised by our program of exercises, so why not give it a go? There’s nothing to lose and a whole world of sexual pleasure and self-respect to gain.

DIY Penis Stretcher
Penis extenders are en-vogue these days. They are so popular that a lot of people have tried to replicate these devices at home. As one forum member pointed out: "Easiest doesn't always mean safe. Cause the easiest thing I can think of is a rope tied around your head and attached to you leg or some other weight source, but that is not safe at all." And another: "Easiest in my eyes is sticking your cock in a vacuum cleaner for several hours a day. Not safe though."
Homemade penis extenders are not a safe option when it comes to penis enlargement. It’s pretty difficult to achieve the kind of smoothly finished surfaces that you will find in professional devices. Not to mention that when it comes to penis extenders proper use, there can be no question that the homemade device will never be perfectly balanced.
What would happen if it pulls more to the right than to the left? No doubt, homemade penis extenders are simple to build and they don’t cost all that much. Plus you can find a lot of information and articles about how to make your very own penis extenders if you read the forums. There is a wealth of information available on these subjects. However, there is little info on what happens when you end up in the emergency room because you’ve attached a rope with weights to your penis.
The most common risks:
- Cuts and bruises. This happens because the materials you use at home do not have the smooth surface needed to protect the very sensitive skin that covers your penis. Cuts and bruises will almost never leave permanent marks on your skin, but they are very, very painful. Not to mention that there can be no question of sexual intercourse during the healing period. To do away with cuts and bruises, just stop whatever it was you were doing and don’t start again. Arnica oil is a great topical agent for bruises, sprains and strains and very helpful with inflammation and pain relief.
- Nerve damages and/or blood vessel damages. This happens when you interrupt the flow of blood for too long a period or when you constrict a sensitive area using more pressure than you should. If you experience any loss in sensations on any part of your penis or if your penis starts to change color to blue-green go to hospital emergency room right away. This is very serious and should be addressed by specialized medical staff.
I do believe that if you want to get great results and be safe all in the same time you should try to buy a certified device, one that has passed a few quality checks before it hit the market. You only have one penis and there’s no point really in taking chances with it using an unsafe device.
Penis extenders do work wonderful and many men are extremely happy for being bold enough to try them. If you want to experience the feeling of having the penis size that really makes you confident in perfect safety, buy a quality device and read the instructions carefully.

Disorders of the penis
The male sexual organ can be affected by several disorders ranging in severity from swelling to nerve entrapment and impotence. These disorders should be brought to the attention of a trained physician and some of them require surgery.
The simplest disorder is the swelling of the foreskin, which can result from sexual activity, including masturbation. This disorder is called Oedema and it is practically harmless as long as the foreskin is in the normal position and the blood flow is present. However, a doctor’s advice should be sought if the swelling persists, since this could be pointing toward chronic heart disease.
Paraphimosis is the inability to move the foreskin over the glans either from fluid trapped in a foreskin which is left retracted or from the accumulation of fluid in the foreskin after intense sexual activity. The condition can be treated by simple means. If it persists for several hours, a visit to the doctor is mandatory.
Peyronie’s disease is one of the most common penis disorders. It is characterized by a curvature of the penis caused by anomalous scar tissue. Surgery is usually needed only in severe cases.
Accidents and hard cycle seats can be the source of damage to the pudendal nerve. The pudendal nerve entrapment is characterized by pain on sitting and loss of sensation and orgasm. It should not be confused with the loss of sensation caused by permanent nerve damage from diabetes or peripheral neuropathy.
As with other muscles, the penis can be torn by excessive bent. Penile fracture should be treated as soon as possible in order to prevent permanent damage.
Priapism is a painful medical condition in which the erect penis fails to return to the flaccid state. Potential complications include ischaemia, thrombosis, and impotence. In serious cases the condition may result in gangrene, which may necessitate amputation.
The best-known disorder of the penis is impotence, today known as erectile dysfunction. Impotence is the inability to reach or maintain the erect state of the penis in order to have a satisfactory sexual performance.

Different Methods of Penis Enhancement
There are several methods of penis enhancement, all of which provide varying levels of success.
One is the use of traction device. The use of traction to enhance the penis is based on the principle of tensile force and the body's ability to adapt under such influence. By exposing the cells in the penis chambers to a durable and constant traction, the cells will begin to divide and multiply, thus increasing the tissue mass. This process allows the penis chambers to hold more blood than it could before. As a result, enlargement can be noticed in both length and width (girth) of the penis.
For centuries, this principle of traction has been used to enlarge different parts of the body. Evidence of this is seen in the neck lengthening exploits of the famous Paduang or giraffe (long necked) women hill tribe found in the border of Northern Thailand and Myanmar (Burma), as well as the lip and earlobe stretching practices of certain African tribes.
Natural penis exercise, on the other hand, is by far the most popular and safest method of penis enhancement. It relies on the principle that as cells within an area exposed to frequent motion, they tend to divide and multiply. Constant pressure exerted by the penis exercises helps maintain a high rate of cell division and multiplication that speeds up the enlargement process.
Individually, these methods may be effective. But when used simultaneously with one another, this combination of traction device and exercises can truly produce superior results.
These same methods are found in SizeGenetics’ all-in-one penis enhancement system. SizeGenetics combines all the most effective tools in penile enhancement today. It combines an enlargement device and penis exercises to guarantee larger, fuller, and longer lasting erections and peak sexual performance every time.
SizeGenetics provides an easy, non-surgical, and break-through solution designed to aid in penile enhancement. It comes at a very competitive price too.

Different Cultures and Circumcision (How They Do It)
Circumcision is fundamentally, the partial or total elimination of the male genitalia's foreskin. This procedure is executed for various reasons, the most common being the obligations imposed by various religions. As such, many ritualistic activities accompany the procedure. Circumcision is, at present, performed in several countries with various cultural histories, among which are the Jewish and Muslim countries, West African countries, the United States and some Asian countries, like South Korea and the Philippines. In the three last-mentioned countries, circumcision involves a simple medical procedure and hardly involves any symbolism and ritual. The most prolific and symbolic use of circumcision involves the Jewish, African and Muslim cultures, which are deeply immersed in their religions.
For the Jews, circumcision is viewed as a portion of the covenant God concluded with Abraham. This procedure, called the Bris Milah, is carried out on the child during the 8th day reckoned from his birth. The person performing the surgery is called the Mohel, who is trained in both the surgical procedure and the appropriate Jewish law or religious provision. The Mohel is the only qualified person in Jewish law to perform the Bris because only he is acquainted with both the physical and spiritual facets of the entire ritual. The circumcision ritual involves a "sandek" or godfather, who must hold the child while the surgery is being performed. A vacant chair is also placed on one side, from which, the prophet Elijah can watch over the ritual in its entirety. After several blessings and the giving of the child's proper Hebrew name, the surgery is then performed by stretching the prepuce through an opening in a metal shield, then cutting the projecting skin.
Muslims also perform circumcision for the religious purposes contained in the Hadith, which is a collection of traditions and sayings made by Muhammad. Some Muslims perform this process, called the Khitan, on the child's 8th day, others between the sixth and eleventh years, and yet others on the thirteenth year of the child's life. The process itself entails the elimination of the outer skin or prepuce so that the glans will become exposed for the child's entire life. In some Muslim countries, no accompanying rituals are observed in the process because some consider the latter to have merely a hygienic purpose. For Africans, especially those undergoing the Xhosa ceremony, the ritual lasts for several days and involves countless tests and symbolic activities. The circumcision day itself entails the burning of all that the child used during the tests and thereafter burying the removed foreskin.
Since the Ancient Egyptian period, at which time circumcision was first recorded, until the present, the custom of circumcision has achieved notoriety all over the world. In fact, at this time, the debate still continues regarding its safety and moral soundness. One side of the argument states that circumcision is nothing but an immoral and cruel degradation of the human body. Moreover, since the procedure usually involves young boys, some people consider it both psychologically and physically damaging to the subject. The other side, however, not only proclaims that it is safe and virtually immune from any complication, but also lauds the incident benefits to the subject's hygiene. They say that the procedure ensures a young boy's cleanliness and protects him from diseases caused by accumulated bacteria and other harmful agents in the foreskin. Regardless of the soundness of either argument, it is nevertheless important to be informed about such a controversial and popular surgical procedure.

Curing Peyronie’s disease
For those of you who don’t know, Peyronie’s disease is a condition bearing the name of Francois de la Peyronie, a famous doctor in his time surgeon to King Louis XIV of France. He was the first man to describe this rare condition in 1743, when not much was known about the inner workings of the penis. And while the cause of this disease is not clear, there is enough info on its development for us to provide a simple description here.
“Tunica Albuginea” is the tougher layer of connective tissue that surrounds the soft Corpora Cavernosa. For reasons unknown to science at this moment, scar tissue begins to form in the “Tunica Albuginea”. This tissue prevents the normal expansion of the penis during erections and, in time, forms a permanent bend in the penis to one side or the other.
The disease is somewhat painful at first, but the pain eventually goes away on its own. There is no need to resort to painkillers or to fear falling into the trap of long-term abuse of such pills. The only effect of this disease is the curvature, which is visible when the penis is erect, and possibly a shortening of the penis in the flaccid state. Most men suffering from it are able to have sex with their partners and experience no pain during intercourse. Nevertheless, as the angle of the curvature draws close to 90 degrees, intercourse becomes more and more of a problem.
The disease can affect men of all races and ages, but it is most commonly seen in Caucasian males ages 40 and up. It is not contagious and is in no way related to cancer or other serious conditions. There is no known universal cure and some of the men which science was able to help have experienced relapses. The list of treatments developed to fight Peyronie’s disease is quite large, but not one of them was proved to be the best solution to the problem.
One of the most recommended treatments is surgery. Severe cases are always solved through the insertion of implants via surgical intervention. A couple of years ago, surgery was the method of choice for treating Peyronie’s disease because there were no proven alternatives. Penile implants are plastic cylinders, either solid or inflatable, which are placed inside the Corpora Cavernosa. The surgeon can either place the implants inside the penis and let them do the work of straightening out the organ, or he can try to bend the penis against the plaque in order to increase the implant’s chance of successfully correcting the curvature.
Yet another widespread way of attempting to treat Peyronie’s disease is the use of tissue grafts. This procedure entails the complete surgical removal of the lump of plaque that develops on the penis and straightening the penis in order to bring it back to the original shape. Doctors tend to advise patients to accept this approach in cases featuring large plaques or severely bent penises.
However, the most widely used method for straightening congenital curvature of the penis is the Nesbit Procedure. During this procedure the penis is filled with a sterile physiologic salt solution in order to cause an artificial erection. The surgeon gathers with a clamp the outer side of the bend, which forces the Tunica Albuginea to straighten the penis.
Other promising treatments focus on the use of Collagenase injections to break down the plaque and remove it or Verapamil injections to prevent new plaque from forming. One of the most popular treatments uses Vitamin E to help the skin heal and reduce the plaque. Since the skin healing properties of Vitamin E have been known for quite some time, the use of this vitamin to contain Peyronie’s has been a popular solution since the 1940s. Another widespread treatment is Potaba, a short form of the proper technical name: Potassium aminobenzoate. Recent studies have shown that Potaba can help men suffering from Peyronie’s disease to a certain extent, but it’s unclear how effective this substance is.
And one of the best ways of dealing with Peyronie’s disease is to use a traction device to straighten the penis. Despite the controversy surrounding such novel approaches as traction devices, several clinical studies have already been conducted in order to assess the effectiveness of this technique. The traction device, which is part of the SizeGenetics penis enlargement program, works by forcing the tissue that makes up the penis to expand instead of retracting and increasing the curve. By using the SizeGenetics device on a regular basis, the men who took part in clinical studies have been able to reduce their curvatures and maintain or increase the size of their penises.
The traction device was classified as a Medical Device Type 1 by the health authorities of the European Union and bears the CE sing, while the manufacturing process is fully compliant with the ISO13485:2003 and ISO90001:2000 quality management standards. Included in the SizeGenetics package is a free membership to PenisHealth, the penis exercises program featuring a series of exercises designed to decrease the curvature caused by Peyronie’s disease. Members of this program can learn to increase the length and girth of their penises, correct curvatures, prevent premature ejaculation and maintain sexual fitness throughout the years.

Curing Impotence with the Power of the Mind
Impotence is a man's inability or difficulty to have or maintain an erection. Although a lot of physical causes may be attributed to impotence, there are also psychological factors that lead to it. Some of these can be depression, stress and pressures about home or work, anxiety, relationship problems and arguments, insecurities and a low self-esteem, and even sexual boredom and the loss of intimacy. These problems can be addressed as psychosomatic problems since these situations are affected by psychological factors or the emotion.
When this is the case, then there are very high chances of curing the impotence. It may sound difficult at first, especially if you do not want to resolve the problem or you fear it, or worse is that you are unaware of the situation. However, when you have accepted that there is a problem and there is a need to work on it, then you can try different ways to treat psychosomatic impotence by using psychology as well. One does not need to turn to medications or surgery right away.
One treatment that you can undergo is Psychosexual Therapy. In psychosexual therapy or psychotherapy, the man and his partner are given techniques or exercises to help them renew their intimacy, sexual relation, sexual interests, and arousal. This can be done through talks, discussions, and activities that can lift the stress or anxiety that hasten impotence.
Another cure for impotence can be behavior modification. A new and positive outlook about one's self, performance, and even his partner can bring about change and improvements. Behavior modification can really take time, but it is also cheaper and does not only help cure impotence, it also improves one's personality.
To do this, here are a few suggested tips:
. Do a little reality check including a check on your personal situation and your present situation with your partner. What do you really feel about yourself, your member, and your partner?
. Talk with your partner to make things easier and lighter. It lifts up your burden and at the same time you are confident that there is someone who listens to you. If your partner is the one that's putting the strain on you, all the more that you should talk. Ask what your partner wants, say what you want, and come into a solution. You have to speak up and work things out together without turning into an argument.
. Your lifestyle is very important and it affects your penile health a great deal, so do a check on your lifestyle. Just like taking care of the rest of your body, you should also take care of your penis. Trim down your fat, alcohol and nicotine or tobacco intake. Eat healthier and try to do some exercises. If possible, get into an exercise program or visit the gym regularly.
. If you still have more concerns, then it's time that you should seek professional advice from a trained therapist or doctor. Remember that you should not be ashamed of your situation and that you are not the only one suffering from it.

Cumming too fast?
Do you reach orgasm faster than you can say, "Fuck"? Many men dread this situation, and with good reason. Cumming too early or too fast robs you and your partner of the pleasure that sexual intercourse can give. This is believed to be the most common sexual complaint of couples. About 29 percent of men are reportedly bothered by these episodes.
There are many reasons why a man "cums" too fast. Biologically, men experience climax much earlier than women. They do so 2-3 minutes after penetration, in contrast to women who take their time (about 12-14 minutes). Likewise, there are also psychological factors that bring about early ejaculation. These include guilt, anxiety (lack of experience), or fear of sexually transmitted infections, potential pregnancy, etc. Older men are also known to be able to control their ejaculation as compared with their younger counterparts. They credit it to their experience.
So, how can you control yourself from ejaculating too quickly? One way is to exercise your PC (pubococcygeus) muscle, which is the primary "sexual muscle" that forms part of the pelvis. The PC muscle is largely involved with sexual functions such as ejaculation and orgasm. With regular exercise, this muscle can provide firmer and larger erections, powerful ejaculations and more intense climaxes.
So where is this muscle located? Try stopping the flow of your urine midway. The PC muscle, located between the anus and scrotum, is the one you contracts when you try to stop the flow of your urine.
How to go about exercising your PC muscles? Try clenching and releasing your PC muscle in ten-second periods. Perform three sets of this. Take a breather. Now, try the clench-and-release technique for five seconds. Perform ten sets of this. This time, try tightening the muscle for 30 seconds and relaxing for 30 seconds. Perform three sets of this.
This exercise is rather simple and easy to perform. You can do it by yourself -- just about anytime and anywhere. You don't need any device or contraption to exercise your PC muscle. But, like all exercise regimens, you need to commit to a routine devotedly. Famous porn stars, with explosive cumshots, are even rumored to perform these exercises faithfully.
So next time you and your partner are making love, try to go inside her and pause for awhile. Don't move for several seconds; then try tightening and relaxing your PC muscle.
You also have to keep in mind that different women also prefer different types of sex. Some prefer the long and sensual approach; while others favor the pound-pound-pound approach. It's always better to know your partner's preference so that you can both enjoy an intimate sexual fun.

Confidence in a Man
Women love their men strong and confident. They want to feel security in his loving embrace, yearning in his kisses and sincerity in their sexual encounters. Women love men who have the strength to stand up to what they believe in and admit to their mistakes.
Confidence. It all starts with the right attitude and positive thinking. You should not let insecurity and doubt cloud your outlook. You should, above all, believe in yourself. How can you exude confidence when you yourself don't believe in yourself?
Guys shouldn't think that "this girl is out of my league" or the many what-ifs. ("What if she turns me away?" "What if she already has a boyfriend?") No, that's not the way it should be. Develop your confidence and watch as your personality radiates from your words and actions. So how can you build up your confidence?
First of all, appearance matters. You don't necessarily need to be Hollywood material to score points with the ladies. You don't need to have Brad Pitt's boyish good looks, Hugh Grant's British magnetism or Arnold Schwarzenegger's bulging muscles. You should at least look neat and tidy though. Let your sweet side radiate from within; sometimes, that's enough to get the girls. It's the simple things that count. Open doors for her, hail a cab for her, those kind of things. You need not have a white steed and be her knight in shining armor.
Also, girls love bad boys (well, not the abusive and criminal types though). They think that bad boys are more mysterious and exciting. These guys appear as if they are untamed and unpredictable, not afraid of being just themselves or being too nice just to get approval. Women feel that they are a challenge and strive hard to get to know them better. They exude the confidence, individuality, and masculinity that are not found in wusses who act like spineless jellyfish or doormats.
Unlike confident men, the wusses constantly seek approval from women and act desperate and needy. They buy women's attention by giving them expensive gifts or taking them out to classy restaurants; though they might sound really enjoyable, you should already know that women need more than these.
More importantly, you don't even need to possess a 12" pecker to be confident. If you are indeed well-endowed, well then, good for you. Just don't use it as a pick-up line or use it to strike up a conversation. "I have a foot long schlong, wanna fuck?" That would earn you a nice dirty martini in the face, at the very least.
Of course, a huge member is probably a plus factor; but that doesn't mean you're more of a man than others. A real man is one who is responsible enough to get married and raise a good family, who has the strength of character to be a good leader as well as a follower, and who knows what he wants out of life and strives hard to get it.

Condoms and Penis Size
Condoms are probably the safest way to prevent the spread of STDs and also one of the most effective means of avoiding unwanted pregnancies. Around the world, condoms are promoted by NGOs striving to stop AIDS and to teach men and women about family planning and responsible sex. Not everybody agrees with the use of condoms, but they are still the cheapest and easiest way of dealing with STDs and unwanted pregnancies.
However, many men are not very comfortable with buying condoms from pharmacies because they don’t like to inform other people about their private activities. Just thinking about going into a pharmacy or drugstore and asking for condoms, possibly even a female vendor, is enough to make them queasy. They are also afraid that some people might prove judgmental and criticize their choice of using condoms or start joking about it in a malicious manner. This is why condoms are sold in Western countries through vending machines that allow buyers to preserve their privacy. Still, this convenience has triggered a new problem of its own.
Men who avoid buying condoms from pharmacies are also unable to get advice on the features of this or that brand of condoms, especially regarding the length and circumference. This is a very important issue, since buying the wrong size means that the condom will either tear or slide off the penis during sex, thus defeating the very purpose for which condoms are bought. Professional advice is very important because most men have no idea what size of condoms fits them best, while other men can’t even rely on the standard sizes. A recent study conducted in India has shown that the 60 percent of Indian men find standard size condoms too big for them.
Having a small penis is very embarrassing when buying condoms. No man wants to be seen purchasing the smallest size available because of the possible negative opinion of those who happen to be in the store at that moment, while the wide range of colors, shapes and flavors available is enough to baffle anybody. And the feeling of embarrassment is not the exclusive property of men with small penises. Men with larger than average penises are also embarrassed when it comes to identifying the exact size that fits them. Although well-endowed men tend to command the respect of others, it’s still unpleasant to be stared at.
If you are not sure what condom size fits you, then here’s a quick reference guide that will let you identify the right size on the spot. The standard condom sizes used in the Western are small, medium (also known as regular), large and extra large. These sizes translate as follows: small means a length of 6 inches or 15 centimeters and a circumference of 3.9 inches or 9.8 centimeters; medium means a length of 6.5 inches or 16 centimeters and a circumference of 4.1 inches or 10.4 centimeters; large means 7 inches or 17.5 centimeters in length and 4.1 inches or 10.4 centimeters in circumference; extra large is 7.5 to 8 inches or 18.5 to 20 centimeters in length and a circumference of 4.3 inches or 10.8 centimeters at the base and 4.7 inches or 12 centimeters around the glans.

Cleanliness and Circumcision
The subject of circumcision is similar to discussing religion or politics. Most people are likely to have strong views on the subject from an empathic position that no amount of evidence could change their positions. After hearing countless argument of family and friends about circumcised versus uncircumcised, I have found that the best that I can do is to provide information and make people aware of some of the main facts about circumcision.
Circumcision is a subject that greatly affects medical politics. In as early as 1975, about 93% of all American boys are being circumcised or had their foreskin surgically removed just after birth. From then on, there has been a movement to stop such a medically unnecessary practice. Today the figures had considerably dropped down. In 1990, only 63% of infant males were circumcised for reasons other than religious traditions.
The practice of circumcision is routinely done for hygienic and not medical reasons. Many people believe that it is more hygienic or at least it is easier to care for penis if it is circumcised. Infection or inflammation of the foreskin affects about 10% - 14% of uncircumcised boys, while inflammation of the "glans" or "balanitis" is twice as common in uncircumcised children as circumcised and greater than five folds in adults.
On the other hand, urinary tract infections occur in about 1 in 100 uncircumcised boys in the first year of life, and 1 in 1,000 in circumcised boys. There is also an increased risk of inflammation and infections of the foreskin and glans in uncircumcised males. However, it all comes down to personal opinion whether the increased risks are significant enough to warrant circumcision.
Aside from medical politics, the subject of circumcision also affects our sexuality. There are several advantages for circumcised men when it comes to sexuality. First is that circumcised male have no need to worry about daily cleansing of his foreskin. Meanwhile, men with an intact foreskin must take special care to move it up and down and clean it inside its covered areas to avoid odors or serious infection because of material buildup. Consequently, there might be some bacteria and germs that could surface thus affect their sexual health.
Second advantage is that some women prefer a man with a circumcised penis because it may move inside them in a less friction-based manner. Once he is inside the vagina, the unhooded penis may easily slide up and down to create pleasure for both partners.
Safe sex is an added concern for uncircumcised men and their partners. Men with foreskins occasionally have difficulty finding the right condom or keeping one on during penetrative sexual activity. That spells trouble in bed as well as generates unneeded anxiety. However, with a proper fit and ample lubrication, the problem can be quickly assuaged.
When it comes to sexual pleasure, there is really no better or worse case because it all comes down to a matter of personal taste. Either way, both are medically acceptable conditions and may it be with either a covered or a clipped partner, you can still enjoy the ride.

Causes and solutions to premature ejaculation
Premature Ejaculation, also known to health care experts as “ejaculatio praecox”, is probably the single most common sexual dysfunction in men. Statistics show that as much as 30 percent of men complain of premature ejaculation in most sexual encounters. Sex therapists define premature ejaculation as a lack of ejaculatory control, which interferes with sexual or emotional well being in one or both partners. While not particularly informative for the layperson, this definition shows that premature ejaculation has a strong negative impact on a man’s emotional well being, especially by making him less confident in himself.
Truth be told, most men experience premature ejaculation at least once in their lives. After all, ejaculatory control is not something men are born with; they have to learn it through practice and repetition. But a consistent occurrence of premature ejaculation is not to be taken lightly, especially in view of its effect of the male confidence and emotional well being. Knowing that a new sex session is likely to result in further humiliation is a devastating feeling for men. This serves to reinforce their low confidence, which reinforces the premature ejaculation and so on in a circle of hopelessness and depression.
Premature ejaculation has both physical and psychological roots. Recent studies have shown that more than 90 percent of men suffering from premature ejaculation had inherited their dysfunction from parents or grandparents with long-term premature ejaculation records. Doctors associate this dysfunction with a faster than normal neurological response in the pelvic muscles and recommend various exercises designed to improve ejaculatory control. On the psychological side, premature ejaculation can be caused by depression, stress, unrealistic expectations, or the reinforced lack of confidence.
It’s perfectly clear that inexperience is one of the biggest causes of premature ejaculation, followed by a weak PC muscle and a faster than normal neurological response in the pelvic muscles. Well, inexperience can only be cured with more sex, which is something we heartily recommend to everybody, while the muscles located in the pelvic area can be trained as any other muscle in the body to stop acting on their own. The PC muscle stands for the pubococcygeus muscle. This muscle acts as floor to the entire pelvic area of the body, supporting from underneath the weight of organs. It also controls orgasm and prolonged exercising helps men achieve orgasm without ejaculating.
Still, premature ejaculation can be prevented or treated by working out the PC muscle and bringing it under your control. When you have full control of this muscle, premature ejaculation is no longer a problem for you. Penis exercises, like Kegels or those featured in the Penis Health database, focus on ejaculation control at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels for people who are willing to rid themselves of this unfortunate condition once and for all. The trick is to have confidence in yourself and in your strength to make premature ejaculation a thing of the past.
